Wow! Can I say wow again? Ed did a fantastic job selling our Natomas home. We had some other life issues happening and needed to sell our home fast and Ed did the job. He really went above and beyond to get our home sold. We had purchased the home new, then the market crashed and we were stuck in Natomas with a big home on a small lot with a lot of unfinished houses around us. This wasn't the best time to sell, but sometimes life says it's time go. Ed jumped on it and got our home sold fast and got us out! I'll admit we weren't the best housekeepers, but Ed coordinated to have the home cleaned after we moved, he really took care of all of the details. If we move back to Sacramento, we'll call Ed again!

Ed Corominas did an absolutely amazing job representing me when I bought my dream home in August 2019. I have a good knowledge of real estate market, but have not bought a house in 12 years. Ed was absolutely incredible and so thorough in his assistance. There were no stupid questions I could ask and he had answers for everything. I looked at a few different properties and ended up submitting an offer on one in Sundance Lake, that had only been on the market a couple of days. Ed's ability to negotiate was something that I think really sealed the deal for me. He was so patient, personable and his attention to every detail is second to none. He also was always reachable, returning my phone calls, emails, or text messages any time I had a question. While I had to sign the original offer in person, I was able to sign the rest of the contracts electronically, which I thought was incredibly convenient while traveling for business. He also explained everything within the contracts if I had questions. He had no problem adjusting to meet me when it fit my busy schedule, and I really appreciated that flexibility. He is incredibly well-connected with a group of people (Contractors, lenders, inspectors, etc.) that I felt like I could truly trust. We even ended up closing escrow early, and I absolutely could not have been happier with the experience. If I have the opportunity to referrer any family or friends, I will not hesitate to recommend him. Ed really took out all of the stress of purchasing a home, and I look forward to the day that I can work with him again.
